How a project runs
We start from the client’s concept or from a site survey. Our design team prepares the solution, with CAD drawings and full design information, and our installation teams build to it. We put particular focus on commissioning: the aim is to hand over a completed installation on time and within budget. A designated project manager provides the health and safety information for the project, so the work causes the owner and occupiers minimum disruption.
Installation and service teams are trained to meet the original manufacturers’ installation and warranty expectations.
VRF, split or chiller?
Split and VRF systems suit buildings with many independently controlled zones; a chiller plant suits large buildings and industrial process cooling, and is where plant-level control and energy monitoring pay back. Tell us the building, the load and the operating hours and we will recommend the system.
Control and energy monitoring
Chiller plants and air handling are managed best through a building management system, which stages the plant, monitors energy and records what the equipment is doing.
